Building Materials (Siding, renovation, demolition or construction material)

    • Non-ratepayer – ½ ton or under 4×8 trailer $80.00/load or $40.00/half load.
  • Contractors:
    • Not accepted at transfer station. Contractors required to rent their own bins.
    • No Concrete or Shingles accepted. Tires accepted according to Shercom price list.

Waste Site

Please be respectful of the time that you arrive at the waste site. Allow yourself enough time to register and unload your debris prior to the gate closing time. All patrons of the waste site should arrive with cash or cheque in order to pay for any costs they incur, and should register with the waste site manager and wait to be directed and given instructions in regard to unloading materials. Neglect of the instructions from the waste site manager for unloading may result in an invoice.

Contractor Bins

If you are planning a construction or renovation project, contact Loraas Disposal at 1-306-242-2300 to have a contractor’s bin delivered to your location.

This helps to not fill the waste site’s Loraas bins, is very convenient, and usually more cost-effective.

Give them a call to get a price on the bin size you require.
