Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the R.M. of Laird No. 404 for the year 2026 has been
prepared and is open to inspection in the office of the Assessor from:
Monday to Friday
8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon
12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
April 17, 2026 to May 19, 2026
A bylaw pursuant to Section 214 of The Municipalities Act has been passed and the assessment notices have
been sent as required.
Any person wishing to discuss the notice of assessment or potential appeal may contact the Assessor at the
R.M. of Laird No. 404 at Box 160, Waldheim, SK S0K 4R0 or by calling (306)945-2133.
Any person who wishes to appeal their assessment must do so by sending the completed notice of appeal
accompanied by a $100.00 appeal fee, which will be returned if the appeal is successful, to:
